About
CHILDLINE 1098 is a 24 hour emergency toll free telephone outreach service for children in difficult circumstances. The CHILDLINE project is supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development (MWCD), Government of India. CHILDLINE India Foundation (CIF) has been appointed by the MWCD as the Mother NGO and entrusted it the responsibility of initiating, setting up managing and monitoring the CHILDLINE service across the country.

The CHILDLINE 1098 service in a city provides assistance to children in distress particularly street children, neglected and delinquent children and children facing physical, mental and sexual abuse. The very nature of the service calls for intervention in cases concerning child protection which range from medical assistance, shelter facility, rescue from abuse, labor, trafficking situations as also ehabilitation and restoration to families. A large no of calls also involve counseling guidance and support, information and referral to existing services.

Our Achievements
- Out of 580 we help 50 children from begging in the street not only we stop from becoming beggar but also we convince their parents to admit chidren into school. And suggest chidren not to engage in begging in any way.
- We freed 35 children from child labor and filed FIR on employer.
- We have rehabilate Sixty nine chidren to home.
- We have stop 05 child marriage in vidisha district.
- We have send 30 child to adopation center.
- We have given medical facility for 90 children
- We have send 10 chidren to Juvenile home in Vidisha distict
- Awarnes program towomen about children security act,hygine, POSCO act their right of education And drawing comption , kishori munch , nukkadnatak, provide formal and informal education in open shelter home so that children will in mainstream of society.
- We have save ten children from sexual abuse saved from going to brotheral.
