As per Govt. of India strategic plan 2023, at least 70% of rural households are to be provided with piped water supply; at least 80% of rural households shall have piped water supply with individual household connection without social and financial discrimination. In Madhya Pradesh, as per census 2011, only 9.90% rural population is being served through piped water against the National average of 30.80%.

To enhance the piped water supply cover ageanda ccomplish the ambitious target fixed as per Govt.ofIndia’s strategic plan, In Govt.of Madhya Pradesh‘MadhyaPradesh Jal Nigam ’(MPJN) is in the process of implementing various MultiVillageRuralWaterSupplySchemes (MVRWSS) for which it needs to generate awareness among rural communities, development of Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and build their capacity on management and operation & maintenance of intra village distribution network ofMVRWSS.

Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam, Bhopal has been sanctioned us &empanelled us as Project Implementation Agency in MPJN to conduct awareness generation, community mobilization and capacity building activities among rural households of villages under MultiVillage Rural Water SupplySchemes at Bansujara, Bada Malhara, Chatarpur, Madhya Pradesh covering 150 villages & 27000 approx. households for 18 months. Further in FY 2023 we had achieved 100% of the target.
